Returns
- You have a generous window of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items should be free from any damage or signs of wear.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you have your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
- Use the prepaid shipping label included with your package for the return. Return shipping charges will be covered by us.
Refunds
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund. Please allow up to fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt for the refund to be completed.
- You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
- We cannot accept returns or process refunds for used or damaged items.
