Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic shipping (Canada)

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 CAD within Canada.

International shipping

We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times vary depending on location and may take 7–21 business days.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Modern Yogi Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes available within 24 hours of shipment. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Lost or damaged packages

Modern Yogi Ltd is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged items.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at contact@modernyogi.ca and we will do our best to help.
