Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic (Canada): We utilize [Canada Post / UPS / Fedex]. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • USA & International: Shipping times may vary due to customs processing.
International Shipping & Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Modern Yogi Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Modern Yogi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Feel free to also contact our Customer Services team. Our team will investigate the issue to determine what has happened to your parcel.

I have tried to track my order but there is no information on the delivery courier’s site. What should I do?

The tracking information for your order will start to appear in My Accounts section the day after we send it to you.
