We want you to love your practice. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging.
  • Hygiene Note: Due to the nature of yoga practice, we cannot accept returns on mats or props that show signs of use, sweat, or wear.
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from our return policy:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded).
Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at [contact@modernyogi.ca]. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
